Synthesis is the work.
Anyone can collect data. The product question is what it means. Dodger exists to compress the distance between a transcript and a decision.
About
Dodger is a product intelligence platform. We help teams figure out who their product is for, why those people would care, and what to build first — before the cost of building the wrong thing compounds.
Why we exist
That conversation kept happening. Different companies, different stacks, same shape: build velocity had collapsed the cost of producing a feature, but nothing had collapsed the cost of producing the right feature. The discipline of figuring out what to build had not gotten faster — and in a lot of teams, it had quietly stopped happening at all.
We started Dodger because we kept watching good engineers and good designers spend months on things that, in retrospect, an hour of sharper thinking up front would have killed. The hour of sharper thinking is the product.
What we believe
Anyone can collect data. The product question is what it means. Dodger exists to compress the distance between a transcript and a decision.
We do not sell research. We sell a faster loop for testing your assumptions. Output is meant to be argued with, sharpened, and sometimes thrown out.
Talking to fifteen synthetic personas before ten real users makes the real conversations sharper. It is not a substitute. We will say so on every page.
A canvas you can run in five minutes is more valuable than a deck that takes two weeks. The first artefact is the most expensive; we want yours to be cheap.
The company
Dodger AI, Inc. is a Delaware C-corp. We are a founder-led team based in San Francisco. We are deliberately small — every person here works on the product directly, including writing this page.
We are not VC-funded yet. We may take outside capital later if it lets us serve more teams. We will not take it if it pushes us toward building things customers do not want. The price of growing slowly is a feature, not a bug.
One free canvas, no credit card, five minutes.
