Effective April 26, 2026Last updated April 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dodger product
intelligence platform — including dodger.ai, app.dodger.ai, the remote MCP server at
mcp.dodger.ai, and any related services (together, the "Service") operated by
Dodger AI, Inc. ("Dodger", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service,
you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping
your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If
your organisation pays for the Service, the organisation is the customer and you are
a permitted user; the organisation may control your access.
2.Plans and billing
We offer Free, Basic, and Pro subscription plans, plus a lifetime deal where
available. Current pricing is on the pricing page. By selecting
a paid plan you authorise Dodger and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your
payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
Fees are quoted exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused features.
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a payment fails, we may suspend the Service after notice and a reasonable cure period.
3.Free tier and trials
The free tier provides one full canvas run so you can evaluate Dodger before paying.
Free-tier accounts are subject to usage limits and may be discontinued or modified at
our discretion. We may also offer time-limited trials of paid plans; unless we say
otherwise, trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that contains personal data of identifiable third parties without a lawful basis to share it.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures, except under a written security testing agreement with us.
Send unsolicited messages, scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
Use the Service to generate content that defames, impersonates, or harasses real, identifiable individuals.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
5.Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts, briefs, attachments, and other inputs you submit
("Customer Content"). You grant Dodger a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free
licence to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Customer Content solely as
necessary to operate the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of your content
and we do not use it to train AI models — see our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Customer Content and that
it does not infringe any third party's rights.
6.AI-generated output
Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, you own the synthesised
research outputs that Dodger generates from your inputs ("Output"). You are
responsible for evaluating the Output before relying on it.
Important. Output is produced by large-language models. It can be
inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Personas and interview transcripts are
synthetic — fictional characters created by an LLM, not real users. Do
not treat them as a substitute for research with consenting human participants, and do
not present them as real to investors, customers, or regulators. Always verify
important claims and metrics before acting on them.
Because LLMs may produce similar output for similar prompts across different users, we
cannot guarantee that any specific Output is unique to you. You agree not to rely on
any single Output as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
7.API and MCP server
We may make APIs and a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server available. Your use
of these is subject to these Terms plus any documented rate limits and authentication
requirements. API keys are tied to your account; you are responsible for keeping them
secret and for all use made through them. We may revoke keys that are abused.
8.Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers including Anthropic (LLM inference),
Supabase (database, auth, storage), WorkOS (authentication), Stripe (payments),
Resend (email), Browserbase (headless browsers used for usability simulation),
Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), and Lago (usage metering). The current list and
processing details are in our Data Processing Addendum. Their
availability and behaviour are outside our direct control; outages or behaviour
changes there may affect the Service.
9.Intellectual property
Dodger and its licensors own the Service, including all software, designs, brand
assets, trademarks, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the
Service for your internal business purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any
intellectual-property rights in the Service to you.
10.Feedback
If you send us suggestions, bug reports, or feedback ("Feedback"), you grant Dodger a
perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the Feedback for any
purpose, without obligation to you.
11.Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may terminate at any time by
deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these
Terms, if continued provision is not commercially reasonable, or if required by law.
On termination, your right to use the Service stops; we will, on request and within a
reasonable period, provide you a copy of your Customer Content unless prohibited by
law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership,
disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution — survive.
12.Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED
OUTPUT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR
THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
13.Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF
PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR
THE SERVICE. EACH PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING
TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID DODGER IN THE
12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limitations, so they may not
apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded
under applicable law.
14.Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Dodger from and against any third-party claim arising
out of (a) your Customer Content, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these
Terms, or (c) your violation of applicable law or third-party rights. We will give
you prompt notice of any such claim and reasonable cooperation in your defence.
15.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard
to its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and
federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to the personal
jurisdiction of those courts. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International
Sale of Goods does not apply. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court
of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.
16.Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give you at
least 14 days' notice by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the
Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17.General
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and, where
applicable, the DPA) are the entire agreement between you and
Dodger about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in
connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices to Dodger should be
sent to legal@dodger.ai.
