Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Dodger AI, Inc. ("Dodger") uses on dodger.ai and app.dodger.ai, why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use
related technologies — localStorage, sessionStorage, and
server-set tokens — that work the same way for the purposes of this policy.
Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (kept until they expire or you remove them), and first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a service we use).
02How we use cookies
We deliberately keep cookie use minimal. We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in across pages and across the marketing site, web app, and MCP server.
- Remember your theme, default platform, and similar preferences.
- Protect against CSRF and abuse.
- Load fonts and other static assets reliably from our CDN.
We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising, behavioural profiling, or building marketing audiences. We do not sell or share cookie data with advertising networks.

Performance & analytics
We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioural-tracking cookies. If we add product analytics in future (for example, Plausible or PostHog) we will update this page in advance and, where required by law, ask for your consent before setting them.
04Third-party cookies
Some essential cookies are set by third parties we use to operate the Service:
- Google Fonts — serves the Inter and IBM Plex Mono web fonts. Connecting to
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.commay set Google's standard cookies. - Stripe — sets fraud-prevention cookies during checkout sessions.
- Cloudflare — may set
__cf_bmand similar bot-management cookies on requests through our CDN. - WorkOS — sets authentication session cookies on app.dodger.ai.
These third parties operate under their own privacy and cookie policies, which you can find on their websites.
05Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where they apply: if your browser sends a GPC header, we treat it as a request to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable US state privacy laws. Because we don't run advertising trackers, this doesn't change much in practice — but we won't add them to your session.
Browser Do Not Track signals are not standardised, and we do not respond to them differently than to GPC.
06How to control cookies
You can:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly-necessary cookies, sign-in and other core features may stop working.
- Sign out of the web app to invalidate your session token.
- Use private / incognito mode to prevent persistent cookies from being kept after the session ends.
- For mobile browsers, see your operating system's privacy settings.
If we add non-essential cookies in the future, the cookie banner on first visit will let you accept or reject them, and you'll be able to change that choice at any time.
07Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes — for example, adding a new analytics tool — will be announced in-product before they take effect.
